How it all began

I'm Erika.

It began with curiosity — and the courage to try something new.

I spent more than a decade in HR, helping people and leaders perform in their roles. And I kept seeing the same pattern: professional success is fragile when energy and health can't keep up. You can hit every target and still feel depleted.

So I turned to the question of what physically carries performance — and immersed myself in longevity research. One method stood out: hyperbaric oxygen therapy. I worked through the evidence, compared protocols and technologies — and tested HBOT extensively on myself.

AionX is the result: a showroom near Munich with an HPOTech chamber, breath gas analysis, and biomarker diagnostics — and a consulting practice for businesses that want to offer HBOT professionally. Evidence-based, measured, no hype.

Stepping from HR into longevity and human performance was a bold move — and a deliberate one. Because longevity shouldn't be a luxury. It should be built into how we live and work.
